A very good morning from Silver ,my dear bloggers .Being a Plus Size is being comfortable in your skin.No matter what your size but if you are confident and you have the "Oh So Hot" attitude,then Nothing can match you .I read in one of the post by The Beauty Goddess #Vidya Balan#,saying that she had received a lot of flak in her life for her body type and her skin color before she went ahead to embrace Fame.The Indianised look is being appreciated in the world today and anorexics are soon going to the thing of Past.Healthy living is going to be the key in future .Thin or Fat doesn't matter any more.What matters is living healthy .Spoiling your health at the expense of looking Chick is only Foolish.Having the right curves at the right places is the key to look Gorgeous.You may be a size 36 or a size 40,doesn't matter.What matters is how healthy you are from the inside.Too thin or too fat with unhealthy life styles is a strict no no .Below I will present a few tips on how to have a healthy life style.These Basic tips are given to me by Dr.Geeta Khubchandani,who is a dietitian and Nutritionist to have a basic healthy #life style# irrespective of the body size.
